COMPLAINTS

 

The customer has the right to file a complaint if the product does not comply with the order, and in particular if it has defects such as:

 

1. Wrong size

 

2. Wrong material

 

3. Lack of components of the order

 

If your product has one of these defects, please contact us urgently. We will resend the selected product within 10 working days at no extra cost or refund your money. The condition for receiving a new product is to return the defective one to the address of our company.

 

 

 

 

 

RETURNS

 

 

 

 

 

To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform us about your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement by sending a statement of withdrawal from a distance contract on paper, in a package, together with the returned goods.

 

In order for the withdrawal (return) procedure to be carried out as quickly as possible, without any misunderstandings or errors, we suggest following the rules below:

 

1. Inform us of your decision.

 

2. Complete the returned goods.

 

3. Attaching the declaration of withdrawal from the contract to the package

 

4. Safe packaging of the parcel and marking it with the note "RETURN" for easier identification of the parcel.

 

5. Immediate parcel delivery, at your own expense, to the address of our company. Note, cash on delivery packages will not be accepted.

 

Please send back or hand over the item to us immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods within 14 days.

 

 

 

 

 

No right to withdraw from the contract

 

 

 

 

 

Please be advised that the right to withdraw from a contract concluded outside the business premises and at a distance is not available to the consumer in relation to contracts:

 

1.for the provision of services, if the entrepreneur has fully performed the service with the express consent of the consumer, who was informed before the commencement of the service that after the entrepreneur has fulfilled the service, he will lose the right to withdraw from the contract (e.g. radiator mask for the individual customer size);

 

2.in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or serving to satisfy his individual needs;

 

3.in which the subject of the service is an item that deteriorates quickly or has a short shelf-life;

 

4.in which the subject of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening the package due to health protection or hygiene reasons;

 

5.in which the subject of the service are items that after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably connected with other items;

 

6.in which the subject of the service are sound or visual recordings or computer software delivered in a sealed package, if the package has been opened after delivery;

 

7. for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts;

 

8.for the delivery of digital content that is not recorded on a tangible medium, if the performance began with the consumer's express consent before the deadline to withdraw from the contract and after informing the entrepreneur about the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract.
